Just a quick reminder that annual dues need to be postmarked by January 31st or late fees will be assessed. If you cannot make this date, please contact the association treasurer and set up a payment schedule at no extra cost. If we have not received your payment, and you are not set up on a payment schedule by January 31st, a late fee of $50 will be applied, followed by an additional $25 per month until paid.

We are also looking to get the block captain program back up and running. I am seeking volunteers from each street (Wightman, Benfer north, Benfer south, Rose Cottage, and Marlebone) to welcome new residents and help pick the yard of the month. Please email me if you are interested.
