Dear neighbors,
Elections for the Board of Directors (HOA) will be held at the Annual Meeting on November 16th 2023.
If you would like to stand for election and have your name printed on the ballot, please respond to or by mail to P.O. Box 11509, Spring TX 77391-1509 before Wednesday 1st November. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
Some of the existing Board members are willing to continue for another year however there are not enough currently to make a full Board and we welcome and encourage the candidacies of all who wish to serve. Please consider standing for election and helping to maintain our community for everyone.
We have 127 homes within the Woods of Wimbledon and all homeowners are eligible to stand providing their name appears on the deed to the property.
Unlike the Board, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members are elected for a lifetime term or until they choose to resign. At this time, there are no ACC vacancies.
On behalf of the 2023 Board, thank you to everyone who has contributed to maintaining and improving the neighborhood for all of us, welcome to those of you who just got here and, again, please consider standing for the 2024 Board of Directors.
