Reminder – the Annual Meeting & Board elections are tomorrow – November 16th.

If you would like to stand for election to the Board, please come along to the meeting to be nominated from the floor.

We will be negotiating the next trash contract in 2024 so if you want to be involved & have a say in selecting the next trash collection contract, come along and stand for election to the Board.

The 2023 Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday 16th November at 7pm at the John Wesley Church at 5830 Bermuda Dunes Drive, Houston, TX 77069.

The meeting is open to all homeowners within the Woods of Wimbledon subdivision.

Elections will be held for the 2024 Board members as well as for one position on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Ballot papers have been mailed however the vacancy for the ACC was not known a the time of mailing – candidate nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.

At this time there are fewer candidate nominations for the Board of Directors than positions available. The Board positions are just a 1 or 2 hour per month commitment and is vital to management of our community. If you can spare a couple of hours a month, please come forward and submit your candidacy request to or by making a request at the Annual Meeting.

The meeting is in-person only – there will not be a Zoom call.
