  2. Roll call and establishment of a quorum.
  3. Welcome and introduction of visitors.
  4. Public Comment.
    1. An invitation for homeowners to comment or present issues to the Board.
  5. Secretary’s Report.
    1. Presentation of July 2020 minutes.
    2. Discuss the Annual Board meeting (venue and format).
    3. Update on the meeting venue.
  6. Treasurer’s Report.
    1. Monthly Financial Report.
    2. New homeowners.
  7. President’s Report.
    1. Complaints and inquiries.
    2. Wall maintenance.
  8. Deed Restriction Notification Cards.
    1. Presentation and comments.
  9. Architectural Control Committee.
    1. Report from member(s) of the ACC.
  10. Old Business.
    1. Discussion of any previous agenda items not addressed above.
  11. New Business.
    1. Discussion of any new items that Board members may wish to present.
  12. Executive Session.
    1. To meet in closed session to discuss legal and collections matters.
    2. Deed restriction revisions
