  1. Presentation of February 2021 board meeting minutes
  2. Presentation of February SPECIAL meeting minutes
  3. Propose Annual Meeting moved from November to October

6. Treasurer’s Report.

  1. Monthly Financial Report
  2. New homeowners

7. President’s Report.

  1. Complaints and inquiries

8. Deed Restriction Notification Letters.

9. Architectural Control Committee.

  1. Report from member(s) of the ACC.

10. Old Business.

  1. Discussion of any previous agenda items not addressed above.
  2. Assign Weatherby Echols Law Group PLLC as managing agent for WOWCA

11. New Business.

  1. Discussion of any new items that Board members may wish to present.
  2. Set date(s) for Town Hall Meeting(s) with homeowners to discuss deed restrictions.

12. Executive Session.

  1. To meet in closed session to discuss legal and collections matters.

13. Adjournment at, or before, 9:00 pm.
