8. Deed Restriction Notification Letters.

9. Architectural Control Committee.

  1. Report from member(s) of the ACC.
  2. ACC Minimum Standards

  1. Discussion of any previous agenda items not addressed above.

  1. Review of Payment Plan Policy

  3. Discussion of any new items that Board members may wish to present.
