    4. Zoom Pro subscription renewal (reimburse Bonnie)
    5. Propose Annual Meeting moved from November to October

    1. Complaints and inquiries
  8. Deed Restriction Notification Letters.
  9. Architectural Control Committee.
    1. Report from member(s) of the ACC.

    2. Repair of Sign Board at the entrance of neighborhood
    3. Announcement of Board Action by Written Consent

    1. Discussion of any new items that Board members may wish to present.
